- Maintain top-tier sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment
- respond quickly to guest requests with a friendly attitude
- assist in setting up meeting rooms and events
- safeguard sensitive areas and manage lost-and-found items responsibly
- practice safe work habits to prevent injuries and maintain a secure environment
- greet guests warmly and provide excellent hospitality service
- support housekeeping team with daily operational tasks
