Job Duties
- Proper slicing of pizza according to specifications
- verifying that menu items have been prepared according to specifications
- clearing tables if necessary
- addressing customer questions and needs
- accuracy of collecting payment and processing as well as cashing out with the manager
- ensuring orders are properly stored and order accuracy when packing food
- communication with the kitchen to ensure proper quote time
- delivering orders when applicable
- constantly keeping the area clean and neat and assisting other employees as needed
- courteously greeting customers over the phone and in-person
- informing customers of current food promotions and specials
- answering questions and making suggestions regarding food
- visually inspecting all products for proper garnishes and presentation
- reporting all food and service complaints to the manager
