Job Duties

- prepares food products ensuring minimum spoilage and compliance with health regulations
- follows safety policies and protocols
- demonstrates correct use of food equipment and utensils
- cleans spills to prevent falls
- maintains sanitary work areas by cleaning equipment and utensils
- organizes food, equipment, and utensils
- performs additional duties as requested
- posts and implements daily food preparation assignments
