Job Duties
- Knowledgeable in all behind-the-line areas for flexible scheduling
- Food rotation, set-up, break-down, and stocking wood
- Presentation of products and cleaning utensils and work area
- Prepare food accurately and timely
- Ensure temperature accuracy of ovens, coolers, and freezers
- Inspect stock levels and coordinate daily prep list with manager
- Store, unpack, and retrieve food items properly
- Monitor and report malfunctioning equipment
- Prepare food according to safety policies
- Maintain sanitation standards
- Clean workspace after food preparation
