Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food handling
- Physical ability to lift items up to 25 pounds

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare appetizers, sandwiches, calzones, pizzas, grilled, and pasta dishes according to Bertucci's specifications
- Be knowledgeable in all behind-the-line areas for flexible scheduling
- Perform food rotation, set-up and break-down tasks
- Stock wood and maintain presentation of products
- Clean utensils and general work area
- Ensure oven, cooler, and freezer temperatures are accurate
- Inspect stock levels and review prep sheets with the manager to establish daily prep list
- Store, unpack, and retrieve food items appropriately
- Monitor and report malfunctioning equipment to maintain operational order
- Prepare food products following safety policies and proper use of food service equipment
- Maintain sanitary work area per State Health Department standards
