Job Duties
- Set-up and break-down of the dining room and service stations
- clearing and resetting tables
- performing side work assignments
- general cleaning of the work area
- keeping tables, floor, chairs, and service station clean, neat and organized
- assisting other employees as needed
- pre-busing tables
- courteously greeting customers
- informing customers of current food promotions and specials
- answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverages
- visually inspecting all products to ensure garnishes are added appropriately and food is eye-appealing
- removing dirty dishes between courses and at the end of the meal
- reporting all food and service complaints to the manager
- stocking silverware, small containers, food products, garnishes, condiments, and various items
