- Must be at least 18 years old
- some heavy lifting (25-30lbs)
- ability to work well under pressure
- ability to remain standing and active for a 9-hour shift

Job Duties
- Set-up and break-down of the dining room and service stations
- clearing and resetting tables
- a series of side work assignments
- general cleaning of the work area
- constantly keeping areas clean, neat and organized
- assist other employees as needed
- pre-bus tables
- courteously greet customers and inform of current food promotions and specials
- answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverages
- visually inspect all products to ensure garnishes are added appropriately and food is eye-appealing
- remove dirty dishes between courses and at end of meal
- report food and service complaints to manager
- stock silverware, small containers, food products/garnishes, condiments, and various items
