Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work a 9-hour shift standing and remaining active
  • Ability to communicate by speaking, reading, and writing English
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to perform some heavy lifting (25-30lbs)
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
  • Willingness to assist teammates as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Responsible alcohol service knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Set-up and break-down of the dining room and service stations
  • Clearing and resetting tables
  • Performing side work assignments
  • General cleaning of the work area
  • Keeping tables, floor, chairs, and service station clean, neat, and organized
  • Assisting other employees as needed
  • Pre-busing tables
  • Courteously greeting customers and informing them of food promotions and specials
  • Answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverages
  • Visually inspecting all products to ensure garnishes are appropriate and food is eye-appealing
  • Removing dirty dishes between courses and at the end of the meal
  • Reporting food and service complaints to the manager
  • Stocking silverware, small containers, food products, garnishes, condiments, and various items
