Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to lift 25-30lbs
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • ability to stand and remain active for a 9-hour shift
  • ability to communicate effectively in English (speak, read, write)
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • basic math skills for handling payments
  • knowledge of responsible alcohol service preferred
  • prior experience with cash handling preferred

Job Duties

  • Set-up and break-down of the dining room and service stations
  • clearing and resetting tables
  • performing side work assignments
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, floor, chairs, and service stations
  • assisting other employees as needed
  • pre-busing tables
  • courteously greeting customers and informing about current food promotions and specials
  • answering customer questions and making food and beverage suggestions
  • visually inspecting products to ensure garnishes and presentation meet standards
  • removing dirty dishes between courses and at meal end
  • reporting food and service complaints to the manager
  • stocking silverware, containers, garnishes, condiments, and other service items
