Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to lift 25-30lbs
- ability to work well under pressure
- ability to stand and remain active for a 9-hour shift
- ability to communicate effectively in English (speak, read, write)
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- basic math skills for handling payments
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service preferred
- prior experience with cash handling preferred
Job Duties
- Set-up and break-down of the dining room and service stations
- clearing and resetting tables
- performing side work assignments
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, floor, chairs, and service stations
- assisting other employees as needed
- pre-busing tables
- courteously greeting customers and informing about current food promotions and specials
- answering customer questions and making food and beverage suggestions
- visually inspecting products to ensure garnishes and presentation meet standards
- removing dirty dishes between courses and at meal end
- reporting food and service complaints to the manager
- stocking silverware, containers, garnishes, condiments, and other service items
