Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to do some heavy lifting (25-30lbs)
- ability to work well under pressure
- ability to stand and remain active for a 9-hour shift
- ability to communicate effectively in English (speak, read, and write)
- able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication skills
- experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Set-up and break-down of the dining room and service stations
- clearing and resetting tables
- performing side work assignments
- general cleaning of work area
- keeping tables, floor, chairs, and service stations clean, neat, and organized
- assisting other employees as needed
- pre-bussing tables
- courteously greeting customers and informing them of current food promotions and specials
- answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverages
- visually inspecting all products to ensure garnishes and food presentation meet standards
- removing dirty dishes between courses and at the end of the meal
- reporting all food and service complaints to the manager
- stocking silverware, small containers, food products, garnishes, condiments, and various items
