Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to do some heavy lifting (25-30 lbs)
- ability to work well under pressure
- ability to stand and remain active for a 9-hour shift
- ability to speak, read and write English
- able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous serving experience in a restaurant preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work well in fast-paced environments
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service preferred
- experience with proper cash handling preferred
Job Duties
- Set up and break down of the dining room and service stations
- clearing and resetting tables
- completing side work assignments
- general cleaning of the work area
- constantly keeping tables, floor, chairs, and service station clean, neat and organized
- assist other employees as needed
- pre-bus tables
- courteously greet customers and inform them of current food promotions and specials
- answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverages
- visually inspect all products to ensure garnishes are added appropriately and food is visually appealing
- remove dirty dishes between courses and at the end of the meal
- report all food and service complaints to the manager
- stock silverware, small containers, food products, garnishes, and condiments
