Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to perform some heavy lifting of 25-30 pounds
- ability to work well under pressure
- ability to stand and remain active for a 9-hour shift
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred

Job Duties
- Set-up and break-down of the dining room and service stations
- clearing and resetting tables
- a series of side work assignments
- general cleaning of the work area
- constantly keeping areas such as tables, floor, chairs, and service stations clean, neat and organized
- assist other employees as needed
- pre-bus tables
- courteously greet customers and inform of current food promotions and specials
- answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverages
- visually inspect all products to ensure garnishes and food presentation meet standards
- remove dirty dishes between courses and at end of the meal
- report all food and service complaints to the manager
- stock silverware, small containers, food products, garnishes and condiments
