Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to perform some heavy lifting (25-30 lbs)
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • capability to remain standing and active for 9-hour shifts
  • ability to communicate effectively in English (speak, read, write)
  • able to work well in fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • responsible alcohol service knowledge a plus
  • sales skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Set up and break down the dining room and service stations
  • clear and reset tables
  • perform side work assignments
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • assist other employees as needed
  • pre-bus tables
  • greet customers courteously and inform of promotions
  • answer questions and make food and beverage suggestions
  • visually inspect all food products for presentation
  • remove dirty dishes between courses and at meal end
  • report food and service complaints to manager
  • stock silverware, containers, food products, garnishes, and condiments
