Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to perform some heavy lifting (25-30 lbs)
- ability to work well under pressure
- capability to remain standing and active for 9-hour shifts
- ability to communicate effectively in English (speak, read, write)
- able to work well in fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for cash handling
- responsible alcohol service knowledge a plus
- sales skills preferred
Job Duties
- Set up and break down the dining room and service stations
- clear and reset tables
- perform side work assignments
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- assist other employees as needed
- pre-bus tables
- greet customers courteously and inform of promotions
- answer questions and make food and beverage suggestions
- visually inspect all food products for presentation
- remove dirty dishes between courses and at meal end
- report food and service complaints to manager
- stock silverware, containers, food products, garnishes, and condiments
