Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to do some heavy lifting (25-30 lbs)
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to remain standing and active for a 9-hour shift
- Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write English)
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Set-up and break-down of the dining room and service stations
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Performing side work assignments
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, floor, chairs, and service stations
- Assisting other employees as needed
- Pre-busing tables
- Greeting customers courteously and informing them of current food promotions and specials
- Answering customer questions and making food and beverage suggestions
- Visually inspecting products to ensure garnishes and presentation standards
- Removing dirty dishes between courses and after meals
- Reporting food and service complaints to the manager
- Stocking silverware, small containers, food garnishes, condiments, and various items
