Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to do some heavy lifting (25-30 lbs)
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to remain standing and active for a 9-hour shift
  • Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write English)
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Set-up and break-down of the dining room and service stations
  • Clearing and resetting tables
  • Performing side work assignments
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, floor, chairs, and service stations
  • Assisting other employees as needed
  • Pre-busing tables
  • Greeting customers courteously and informing them of current food promotions and specials
  • Answering customer questions and making food and beverage suggestions
  • Visually inspecting products to ensure garnishes and presentation standards
  • Removing dirty dishes between courses and after meals
  • Reporting food and service complaints to the manager
  • Stocking silverware, small containers, food garnishes, condiments, and various items
