Job Duties
- Set up and break down dining room and service stations
- clear and reset tables
- perform side work assignments
- clean work area
- keep tables, floor, chairs and service station clean and organized
- assist other employees as needed
- pre-bus tables
- greet customers courteously and inform about promotions and specials
- answer questions and make food and beverage suggestions
- visually inspect food products to ensure garnishes and presentation
- remove dirty dishes between courses and after meal
- report food and service complaints to manager
- stock silverware, small containers, food products, garnishes and condiments
