Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior restaurant or kitchen experience advantageous but not required

Job Duties
- Stack clean dishes on racks ensuring use of clean water and detergent in dishwasher
- deliver clean dishes to designated areas as time permits
- rinse bus buckets and clean pots pans utensils and dough boxes
- remove trash and perform general cleaning of the work area
- receive unload and rotate products from vendors
- assist cooks with prep as needed
- prepare dishwashing machine for daily activity visually inspect for damaged equipment and report malfunctions
- identify and discard broken or cracked dishes
- monitor dishwasher operation and report failures
- clean dishwasher and surrounding areas throughout and at close of business
