Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- commitment to high standards
- ability to work well under pressure
- ability to remain standing and active for a 9-hour shift
- ability to work in extreme temperatures
- capacity for some heavy lifting up to 75lbs
- willingness to maintain cleanliness and perform general location maintenance as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant or dishwashing role preferred but not required
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- strong attention to detail
- basic knowledge of sanitation and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Stack clean dishes on racks ensuring clean water and detergent are used in the dishwasher
- deliver clean dishes to designated areas as time permits
- rinse bus buckets and clean pots pans utensils and dough boxes
- remove trash and maintain general cleanliness of the work area
- receive unload and rotate products from vendors as needed
- assist cooks with prep work when needed
- monitor dishwashing machine for correct operation and report malfunctions promptly
