- willingness to assist with food preparation and other kitchen tasks as assigned

Job Duties
- Stack clean dishes on racks ensuring the use of clean water and detergent in the dishwasher
- deliver clean dishes to designated areas as time permits
- rinse bus buckets
- clean and dry pots pans utensils and dough boxes
- remove trash and perform general cleaning of the work area
- receive unload and rotate products from vendors as needed
- maintain general location cleanliness
- assist cooks with prep as needed
- prepare the dishwashing machine for daily activity including inspection for damaged equipment or dishes
- identify and discard broken or cracked dishes appropriately
- monitor dishwashing machine operation and report malfunctions promptly
- clean dishwasher and surrounding area throughout the day and at close of business
