Job Duties
- Stack clean dishes on racks ensuring clean water and detergent are used in the dishwasher delivering clean dishes to designated areas rinsing bus buckets cleaning and drying pots pans utensils dough boxes trash removal and general cleaning of work area
- receive unload and rotate products from vendors as needed
- perform general location maintenance
- assist cooks with prep as needed
- prepare dishwashing machine for daily activity by opening and visually inspecting for cracked or broken equipment
- identify broken or cracked dishes and discard appropriately
- monitor dishwashing machine for correct operation and report malfunctions promptly
- clean dishwasher and surrounding area throughout the day and at close of business
