Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is advantageous

Job Duties
- Stack clean dishes on racks ensuring that clean water and detergent are used in the dishwasher
- Deliver clean dishes to designated areas for use as time permits
- Rinse bus buckets clean pots pans utensils dough boxes
- Remove trash and perform general cleaning of the work area
- Receive unload and rotate products from vendors as needed
- Maintain general location cleanliness
- Assist cooks with prep tasks as needed
- Prepare dishwashing machine for daily activity including inspection for cracked or broken equipment
- Identify and discard broken or cracked dishes appropriately
- Monitor dishwashing machine for correct operation and report malfunctions promptly
- Clean dishwasher and surrounding areas throughout the day and at close of business
