Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role beneficial

Job Duties
- Stack clean dishes on racks, ensuring that clean water and detergent are used in the dishwasher
- deliver clean dishes to designated areas for use as time permits
- rinse bus buckets
- clean and dry pots, pans, utensils, dough boxes
- remove trash and perform general cleaning of the work area
- receive, unload, and rotate products from vendors
- perform general location maintenance
- assist cooks with prep as needed
- prepare the dishwashing machine for daily activity by inspecting for broken equipment or dishes
- identify broken or cracked dishes and discard appropriately
- monitor dishwashing machine for correct operation and report malfunctions
- clean dishwasher and surrounding area throughout the day and at the close of business
