Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Commitment to high standards
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to remain standing and active for a 9-hour shift
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Some heavy lifting up to 75lbs
- Ability to stack clean dishes and perform general cleaning duties
- Capability to assist cooks with prep tasks
- Ability to monitor and operate dishwashing machines
- Willingness to perform general location maintenance

Job Duties
- Stack clean dishes on racks ensuring use of clean water and detergent in the dishwasher
- Deliver clean dishes to designated areas for use as time permits
- Rinse bus buckets clean pots pans utensils dough boxes and trash removal
- Perform general cleaning of the work area
- Receive unload and rotate products from vendors as needed
- Assist cooks with prep as needed
- Prepare and inspect dishwashing machine for daily activity monitoring for correct operation and reporting malfunctions
- Clean dishwasher and surrounding area throughout the day and at close of business
