Job Duties
- stack clean dishes on racks ensuring clean water and detergent are used
- deliver clean dishes to designated areas as time permits
- rinse bus buckets clean and dry pots pans utensils dough boxes
- remove trash and perform general work area cleaning
- receive unload and rotate products from vendors
- prepare dishwashing machine for daily activity including visual inspection
- identify and discard broken or cracked dishes appropriately
- monitor dishwashing machine operation and report malfunctions promptly
- clean dishwasher and surrounding area throughout the day and at close of business
- assist cooks with prep as needed
