Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- some heavy lifting (25-30lbs)
- ability to work well under pressure
- ability to remain standing and active for a 9 hour shift
- ability to communicate (speak, read and write English)
- able to work well in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Pouring drinks only when slip printer produces an order
- serving food at the bar
- preparing condiments for drinks
- changing beer and tonic kegs
- general cleaning of the work area
- constantly keeping the area clean and neat including tables, floor, chairs, and service station
- assist other employees as needed
- pre-bussing tables
- stocking liquor and bar items following delivery
- preparing and equipping the bar for daily activity by replenishing glassware overhead, cutting and slicing garnishes, and obtaining needed beverage supplies
- maintaining and balancing cash drawer by ensuring all financial transactions are correct
- serving alcohol responsibly by observing customer’s level of alcohol intake and terminating further consumption as per Alcohol Awareness Guide
- rotating stock
- preparing drinks, batching recipes, and mixing to product specifications
