Job Requirements
- Must have a valid Texas driver license
- must be 21 or older
- must pass a drug test
- must pass a background check

Job Duties
- Answer, screen, and direct calls on multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner
- take messages and/or forward telephone calls to appropriate employee or voicemail
- clear messages each morning and deliver to appropriate employees
- meet and greet all visitors/customers and determine their needs
- direct visitors to appropriate employee or locations
- respond to visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- open and route incoming mail
- prepare and forward outgoing mail and packages
- compose and type routine correspondence as required
- perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and mailing
- organize and maintain file system and correspondence
- order and maintain supplies
- arrange for equipment maintenance
- keep reception area organized
- prepare and maintain meeting and conference room reservation and catering schedules
- circulate schedule to appropriate staff
- uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive issues
- meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency
- maintain a professional appearance
- use appropriate telephone techniques and phone etiquette
- answer customer questions over the phone
- refer callers to the right department or take clear and legible messages
- file paperwork such as receipts and vehicle plates
- sort and deliver mail to managers within the building
- operate fax machine and scanners
- perform other related duties as assigned by management
