Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Texas driver’s license and good driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug test screening
- Must be able to pass a background check screening
- Manual dexterity and good driving record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience necessary but customer service or valet experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance preferred
- Good judgment
- Ability to handle machinery safely
Job Duties
- Move customer vehicles to and from service area, parking lot, or designated areas in a safe and timely manner
- Provide shuttle services to customers, transporting them to and from the dealership as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles, including washing and vacuuming as required
- Assist the service department by organizing and maintaining the parking lot, ensuring orderly parking
- Ensure all vehicles are secured properly after parking and keys returned to appropriate locations
- Monitor vehicle flow in the service drive and lot to maintain an efficient work environment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with vehicle drop-off and pick-up procedures
