Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Texas drivers license and a good driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug test screening
- Must be able to pass a background check screening
- Manual dexterity and good driving record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary but customer service or previous valet experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record are required
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance preferred
- Good judgment
- Ability to handle machinery safely
Job Duties
- Move customer vehicles to and from the service area parking lot or designated areas in a safe and timely manner
- Provide shuttle services to customers transporting them to and from the dealership as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles including washing and vacuuming vehicles as required
- Assist the service department by organizing and maintaining the parking lot ensuring that vehicles are parked in an orderly manner
- Ensure all vehicles are secured properly after parking and that keys are returned to the appropriate locations
- Monitor vehicle flow in the service drive and lot to maintain an efficient work environment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up procedures
