Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
no prior experience is necessary but customer service or previous valet experience is preferred
strong attention to detail and time management
excellent communication and customer service skills
ability to work efficiently and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance preferred
good judgment
ability to handle machinery safely

Job Duties

Move customer vehicles to and from the service area, parking lot, or designated areas in a safe and timely manner
provide shuttle services to customers, transporting them to and from the dealership as needed
maintain the cleanliness of vehicles including washing and vacuuming vehicles as required
assist the service department by organizing and maintaining the parking lot ensuring that vehicles are parked in an orderly manner
ensure all vehicles are secured properly after parking and that keys are returned to the appropriate locations
monitor vehicle flow in the service drive and lot to maintain an efficient work environment
provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up procedures
