Job Requirements
- food manager certification or completion of Philz Coffee Food Manager certification within 30 days
- 3+ years experience managing a fast paced, high volume, customer service oriented business
- proven experience in managing financial health including P&L oversight
- proven ability to create an inclusive team environment
- proactive self starter
- solid business acumen
- proven ability to recruit, motivate, train and retain a team
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
