Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment
- Knowledge of math for cash handling and making change
- Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 environment
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and following grooming guidelines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take drink and food orders within 30 seconds
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system including cash, credit, and debit
- Compliment orders with product recommendations and confirm modifications
- Handle money, make change, and comply with cash handling and loss prevention procedures
- Maintain knowledge and enthusiasm about the menu and products
- Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate to management if necessary
- Participate in food safety programs including cleaning, sanitation, and food safety logs
- Assist with team member training and support other restaurant areas as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Ensure product areas are well stocked and rotated
- Comply with all local, state, and federal food safety laws
- Uphold positive company image and core values in all interactions
