Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment
  • Knowledge of math for cash handling and making change

  • Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and take drink and food orders within 30 seconds
  • Accurately process transactions using the POS system including cash, credit, and debit
  • Compliment orders with product recommendations and confirm modifications
  • Handle money, make change, and comply with cash handling and loss prevention procedures
  • Maintain knowledge and enthusiasm about the menu and products
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate to management if necessary
  • Participate in food safety programs including cleaning, sanitation, and food safety logs
  • Assist with team member training and support other restaurant areas as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Ensure product areas are well stocked and rotated
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal food safety laws
  • Uphold positive company image and core values in all interactions
