Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completion of cast certification program
- Ability to handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Willingness to work variable hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country
- If applicable, legally required alcohol training and certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Compliance with company dress code
- Must complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently

- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion

Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling of emergency situations when called upon
- General cleaning duties
- Compliance with company dress code
- Operating POS system and managing cash drawer, credit cards, gift cards, and tickets
- Up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and company policy
- Responding to guest phone calls and questions politely
- Preparing, operating, and cleaning concession equipment
- Complying with food safety laws
- Managing concession stock inventory
- Selling and serving alcohol in compliance with legal requirements
- Reading and understanding training materials on harassment and discrimination
- Tearing tickets and directing patrons
- Inspecting backpacks and packages
- Managing crowd control and seating assistance
- Enforcing MPAA rating system
- Conducting theatre inspections for quality and safety
- Reporting problems to management
- Performing in-auditorium sales
- Cleaning auditoriums and public areas
- Monitoring vending machine cleanliness and operation
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned
