Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally

- availability for variable work hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
- possession of good public speaking skills
- ability to listen effectively and respond clearly
- ability to perform arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately
- ability to identify, gather data and solve problems effectively
- excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
- ability to establish goals, budget time, and set priorities
- completion of legally required state or local training and certification for selling or serving alcohol where applicable
- completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- handling of emergency situations when called upon
- general cleaning duties
- compliance with company dress code
- operating POS system accurately in box office and concession stand
- promoting Regal Crown Club program
- up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences and concessions
- enforcing MPAA rating system and company policies
- responding to guest inquiries clearly and effectively
- managing concession stock inventory and food safety compliance
- performing in-theatre inspections for safety and quality
- managing crowd control and directing patrons
- assisting guests with seating
- cleaning auditoriums and maintaining common area cleanliness
- supporting opening and closing duties as assigned
- reporting problems and unusual situations to management
