Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol if applicable
- Must comply with company dress code
- Completion of required cast and role-specific training
- Ability to withstand physical demands of the job
- Good vision including depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Completion of box office cashier training or progress towards completion
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Possess good public speaking and listening skills
- Ability to perform calculations accurately
- Ability to identify problems and reach evidence-based conclusions
- Excellent communication skills with guests and coworkers
- Ability to establish goals and manage time effectively
- Completion of legally required training for alcohol service where applicable
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling of emergency situations when called upon
- General cleaning duties
- Compliance with company dress code
- Operating POS system and handling transactions accurately in box office
- Up selling premium viewing experiences
- Promoting loyalty programs
- Ensuring ticket sales comply with MPAA ratings and company policies
- Responding to guest inquiries in a courteous manner
- Operating POS system and managing concession stock inventory
- Preparing and cleaning concession equipment
- Selling and upselling concession items
- Complying with food safety laws
- Maintaining certification for alcohol service when applicable
- Tearing tickets and directing patrons
- Inspecting bags and managing crowd control
- Enforcing MPAA rating system
- Monitoring auditorium picture and sound quality
- Reporting issues to management
- Conducting concession sales in auditorium as directed
- Cleaning auditoriums and maintaining cleanliness in public areas
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
