Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Completion of box office cashier certification or progress towards completion
- Legally required state or local alcohol training and certificate if applicable
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Good public speaking skills
- Ability to listen effectively and respond clearly
- Ability to perform calculations accurately and correct errors
- Strong problem-identification and reasoning skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management and goal-setting abilities
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so
- General cleaning duties
- Compliance with company dress code
- Operating POS system including handling cash drawer and payment methods
- Up selling and suggestive selling of premium experiences and concessions
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring ticket sales comply with MPAA ratings and policies
- Responding to guest phone inquiries with professionalism
- Operating, preparing, and cleaning concession equipment
- Complying with food safety laws
- Abiding by breaks and meal period laws
- Maintaining required alcohol certification and training
- Tearing tickets and directing patrons
- Inspecting backpacks and packages
- Managing crowd control and assisting guests
- Monitoring theater cleanliness and safety
- Reporting problems or discrepancies to management
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
