Job Requirements

- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
- Pass background check and maintain clean driving record

- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on lottery terminals
- Ensure repaired equipment is reliable and all upgrades are completed
- Repair some sub assemblies locally and send others to specialized depots
- Organize and control inventory, documentation, tools, and test equipment
- Prioritize workload to maintain adequate terminals for field use
- Ship defective boards and sub assemblies in a timely manner
- Document issues on shipped parts and track turnaround times
- Enter repair data into Bench Repair database daily
