Job Requirements

  • Ability to prepare and analyze product failure reports
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on lottery terminals
  • Ensure repaired equipment is reliable and all upgrades are completed
  • Repair some sub assemblies locally and send others to specialized depots
  • Organize and control inventory, documentation, tools, and test equipment
  • Prioritize workload to maintain adequate terminals for field use
  • Ship defective boards and sub assemblies in a timely manner
  • Document issues on shipped parts and track turnaround times
  • Enter repair data into Bench Repair database daily
