Job Requirements
- College degree preferred
- Experience in a leadership role
- Exposure to large volume operations
- Knowledge of health and sanitation practices
- Accountability for multi-million dollar profit and loss
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 30-40 pounds
- Ability to push or pull objects weighing 50-100 pounds
- Ability to sit 30 percent, walk 40 percent, stand 15 percent and bend, kneel, lift or climb 15 percent
- Ability to work in varying temperatures from hot to cold

Job Duties
- Lead operational excellence focusing on financial, team member and guest results
- Develop strategic direction and drive execution of restaurant bar and food operations
- Ensure highest quality of food and beverage standards for product and service
- Attend and participate in management, staff and preconvention meetings
- Influence and impact growth of restaurant revenues
- Develop and mentor high potential leaders within the department
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of all brand standards
- Oversee and assist with White Lodging Way (WLW) processes and training
- Create a competitive and progressive growth culture with high team member retention
- Empower employees to provide excellent service for internal and external customers
- Analyze food and beverage pricing
- Develop, maintain and hold accountability for departmental control procedures
- Observe service behaviors and provide feedback including discipline and praise
- Manage department operations to meet or exceed property financial goals
- Monitor operations and adjust for operational or structural improvements
- Interact with customers to obtain feedback on product, service and satisfaction
- Communicate and assist employees to improve service through coaching
- Analyze information and evaluate results to solve problems
- Adhere to company handbook, SOPs and processes fairly and consistently
- Participate in employee progressive discipline procedures
- Solicit employee feedback and address concerns
- Conduct final interviews and sign off on all restaurant hires
- Support departmental orientation and new hire training programs
