Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
alcohol awareness card required
clean driving record with DMV printout
minimum 2 years valet experience at a fast-paced, high-occupancy resort
minimum 1 year of managerial experience
ability to drive class C vehicles and limousines including manual shift
ability to stand and run for 8 hours
physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
strong communication skills
attention to detail
must adhere to grooming standards with no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old

at least 2 years valet experience at a fast-paced high-occupancy resort
1 year of experience in a managerial role
exceptional written and verbal communication skills
ability to read and analyze reports and vendor bid sheets
must be able to drive all class C vehicles and limousines including manual shift vehicles
must be able to run and stand for 8 hours at a time
attention to detail such as filing tickets, hanging keys and marking spot numbers
stays current with new technology as it pertains to vehicles
must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently during the shift
knowledgeable with installing and removing chains
proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Access
proficient in time management of self and team

Job Duties

Oversees all daily operations of the valet department
manages all staff including valet supervisors
hiring, training, scheduling, counseling, terminating, and evaluations
assists front-line team members when necessary
responsible for maintaining all company vehicles
maintains policies and procedures for the department
orders inventory and maintains proper par levels of all supplies
resolves guest complaints and ensures guest satisfaction
completes reports and projects as assigned by management
ensures team is trained to exceed guest expectations
creates zero-based budget and meets monthly and annual budget goals
performs other duties as assigned by management
