Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- customer service experience a plus
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand and walk constantly
- ability to stoop, bend at waist
- ability to push and pull bell carts weighing up to 100 pounds
- ability to lift and carry guest luggage weighing up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- composure and patience under pressure
- skilled in working with multiple computer programs
- valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Job Duties
- welcome guests to the hotel and expedite the handling of luggage
- pick up and deliver dry-cleaning for the guests
- provide information on local attractions, room features, hotel facilities
- deliver messages and/or packages to meetings and guest rooms
- attend required meetings
- keep work areas clean and organized
- be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees
- report unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately
- maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions
- assist valet staff with a clean driving record
- perform any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
