Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- physical ability to stand, walk constantly, stoop, push/pull bell carts weighing up to 100 pounds, and lift/carry luggage up to 50 pounds
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- availability to work early morning, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the hotel and expedite the handling of luggage
- pick up and deliver dry-cleaning for the guests
- provide information on local attractions, room features, hotel facilities
- deliver messages and/or packages to meetings and guest rooms
- attend required meetings
- keep work areas clean and organized
- be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees
- report unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately
- maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions
- assist valet staff requiring a clean driving record
- perform any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
