Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- greet guests promptly and courteously
- assist guests with vehicle parking and retrieval
- handle guest luggage with care and efficiency
- provide directions and information about the resort and surrounding area
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet service area
- communicate effectively with front desk and other departments to coordinate guest services
- ensure guest safety and security while parking vehicles
