Job Requirements

- valid driver’s license
- ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication abilities
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to pass pre-employment substance abuse testing
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in hospitality or valet services preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- assist guests with luggage handling
- operate valet parking services efficiently and safely
- provide directions and information about the resort and local area
- maintain cleanliness and organization of valet and bell areas
- collaborate with front desk and other departments for seamless guest service
- respond promptly to guest requests and needs
