Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and guide them through arrival and departure processes
- respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently
- provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the guest arrival area
- process operational needs including check-in and check-out procedures
- complete required reports and documentation accurately
- adhere to company policies, safety standards, and professional appearance guidelines
