Job Duties
- Greet all guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with luggage to their rooms promptly when checking in and upon checking out
- Arrange transportation and answer questions
- Provide guests with general hotel information once in their rooms
- Assist guests by taking luggage to the curb to meet their transportation
- Remove trash, papers, cans, bottles, cups, etc. in lobby area between housekeeping runs
- Provide guests with general questions and assistance when Concierge & Front Desk is not available
- Be knowledgeable of the community and area to provide information on special events
- Function as a doorperson as needed
- Deliver items to guests in their rooms when necessary
- Ensure that the "white zone" is kept free and clear for guest arrival and emergencies
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
