Job Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Provide a driving abstract
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work an eight-hour shift with variable scheduling
- Ability to travel locally as needed for errands and house car services
- No supervision responsibilities
- Must comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Previous experience in valet or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests arriving by private car and assist with luggage
- Issue valet parking tickets and explain parking procedures
- Drive and park guest vehicles safely following traffic regulations
- Assist guests by providing directions and local information
- Retrieve and deliver guest vehicles promptly upon departure
- Perform shoeshine service including pick up and return of shoes
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism and accommodate special requests
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, luggage storage, and drive areas
- Provide support to door staff and cashier staff as needed
