Job Requirements

  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Provide a driving abstract
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to work an eight-hour shift with variable scheduling
  • Ability to travel locally as needed for errands and house car services
  • No supervision responsibilities
  • Must comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Previous experience in valet or hospitality preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests arriving by private car and assist with luggage
  • Issue valet parking tickets and explain parking procedures
  • Drive and park guest vehicles safely following traffic regulations
  • Assist guests by providing directions and local information
  • Retrieve and deliver guest vehicles promptly upon departure
  • Perform shoeshine service including pick up and return of shoes
  • Handle guest interactions with professionalism and accommodate special requests
  • Maintain cleanliness of lobby, luggage storage, and drive areas
  • Provide support to door staff and cashier staff as needed
