Job Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Energetic and physically able to stand, walk, and carry up to 50lbs
- Great communication skills
- Ability to resolve customer issues positively
- Availability to work AM/PM shifts including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in valet parking or customer service is a plus
- Valid driver’s license for at least 2 years
Job Duties
- Greet guests cheerfully and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park retrieval
- Inspect vehicles before taking possession and follow company guidelines
- Maintain company uniform appearance and provide excellent guest service
- Stand, walk, and assist with items up to 50lbs
- Complete small cleaning, maintenance, or special projects as requested by management
