Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to drive manual transmission is required
- Must have a valid California state-issued driver’s license
- Must have a clean DMV printout
- Must be willing to work overnight shifts when needed
- Will need to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Experience in a similar resort setting preferred
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, run, and lift or move up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 250 pounds

- Knowledge of resort services and guest relations
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
Job Duties
- Provide valet and bell services in accordance to guests' expectations and established performance standards
- Escort guests to their rooms after check-in and orient them to the property
- Bring luggage to and from guest rooms
- Deliver items such as flowers, gifts, envelopes, and faxes
- Give directions and perform other tasks as assigned by management
- Act as a resort ambassador demonstrating thorough knowledge of resort services and hours
- Greet all arriving and departing guests with warm and sincere salutations
- Follow valet and laundry procedures
- Demonstrate a guest-driven service style with urgency in interactions
- Follow all safety codes and maintain professional presentation within uniform and grooming standards
- Drive vehicles with standard transmission
- Clean and refuel resort vehicles as necessary
- Be willing to work overnight shifts when required
