Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly and helpful demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to interact professionally and pleasantly with guests
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license for valet duties
  • Knowledge of hotel safety and operational procedures
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, productivity, and dependability
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing situations

Job Duties

  • Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
  • Retrieve and transport guest luggage
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles following appropriate valet policies and procedures
  • Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Organize and store luggage according to guidelines
  • Ensure that management and leadership team is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments
  • Ensure messages and faxes are regularly delivered throughout the day
  • Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and pulls, and attend the main lobby and front door as needed
  • Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations such as guest rooms or local airport as needed
  • Assist in the maintenance, appearance and functionality of equipment
