Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Friendly and helpful attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow safety and operational guidelines
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record if operating vehicles
- Previous experience in guest services or valet preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a friendly and energetic demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license if driving is required
Job Duties
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
- Retrieve and transport guest luggage
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles following appropriate valet policies and procedures
- Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Organize and store luggage according to guidelines
- Ensure management or leadership team is kept aware of any relevant guest or departmental feedback
- Ensure messages and faxes are regularly delivered
- Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries or pulls, and attend lobby and front door as needed
- Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations
- Assist in maintenance, appearance and functionality of equipment
