Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and carry luggage
- Valid driver's license for operating valet vehicles
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and punctual

Job Duties
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
- Retrieve and transport guest luggage
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles following appropriate valet policies and procedures
- Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Organize and store luggage according to guidelines
- Ensure that management and leadership team is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments
