Job Requirements
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with luggage, including loading, unloading, and transporting to and from guest rooms
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist with valet parking as needed
